2. Products and Pricing

Genius Academys sells physical educational books, specifically the Concise Textbook of Pharmacology by Dr. Atul A. Hole. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are additional and are displayed at checkout before payment.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price at the time of order placement will be honoured.

3. Order Placement

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
• The delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
• The contact information provided is valid.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability, and will issue a full refund in such cases.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

5. Delivery

We deliver physical books across India. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Genius Academys or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The book content is the intellectual property of Dr. Atul A. Hole and may not be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Genius Academys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
