1. Shipping Coverage
We ship the Concise Textbook of Pharmacology to all states and union territories across India. We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Charges
A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to all orders, regardless of quantity or delivery location within India. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including courier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier name and tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. In case of a return, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your book arrives damaged due to transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
