Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at +91-8208035599 or info@geniusacademys.com with your order number.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may however initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy below.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged or defective book: If the book is received in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage.
• Wrong item delivered: If you receive a different item than ordered, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or if the book has been used, annotated, or damaged after delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once a return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Payment Failure Refund

If your payment was debited but the order was not confirmed due to a technical failure, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5 to 7 business days. If the reversal does not happen, contact us with your transaction details.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged goods).
